The 3 Training Components

Your trainer should have you on a fitness training regimen that is well thought out, with a routine reflecting your specific goals. The training regimen should revolve around the three training components with a time line for projected results. A little hint here, your projected results should happen within six weeks. If this is not or does not happen, you're on the wrong program. Call out your trainer, they're ripping you off.

The training regimen should be built on a foundation, known as a training platform, defined by various training phases that have a set length of time, before subsequent training phases are implemented. Once again if your trainer is not setting your fitness training regimen with this type of strategy, at best, they are a rookie, if not you have a faker posing as trainer.
