There's Productive Training, And Then There's Over Training

With regard to working out, a person is only as productive as their ability to recover from the workout itself. In the fitness industry it's called overtraining. In a nutshell when your body becomes over trained not only do results come to a screeching halt, but it dramatically increases the probability for injuries.

Beware, there are numerous indicators that signal your body when it's becoming over trained, but there is one in particular that immediately alerts you. Unless you’re a world level competitive bodybuilder, most trainers don't know about this inside trade secret. Does your personal trainer?
