Your body needs something to adapt to in order to be effective. This is the natural ebb and flow of your body's physiology and how it really works. If you’re constantly changing your workouts thinking this is the better way to produce results, we'll your dead wrong, and if you're a client whose trainer is trying to feed you that BS, they’re a fake trainer.
Here's the truth. If you want to get the best result from your training program you need to be on a regimen that is based on a set routine that only varies slightly until your body starts hitting a plateau, which then you should remain in for a total of three weeks before revamping your routine. I wonder if your trainer knows this. It seems that most don't. Here's the bottom line. The more often you change your training regimen the less results you get. Fake trainers beware, the covers are being pulled back and you're being exposed.
